Marriage-Based Green Cards
Marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident is one of the most direct paths to a green card, but it is also one of the most closely reviewed. Where a prior immigration or criminal issue could create inadmissibility, we address it before the interview rather than after.
Fiancé(e) Visas & Removal of Conditions
The K-1 fiancé(e) visa lets your partner enter the United States to marry you, with an adjustment of status filing to follow once you are married. Two years later, a conditional green card must be converted to permanent status through an I-751 petition. We handle both ends of that timeline and calendar the filing window so a conditional green card never lapses.
